Refund & Cancellation policy

  •  Customers who choose to cancel the service prior to installation are entitled to a full refund of 100%. 

  • Customers who unsubscribe from the service after two or three months of activation will not be eligible for any refund.

  • In cases where the service cannot be provisioned by the Service Provider within the agreed timeframe, no charges shall be levied on the subscriber. (The standard delivery period is seven days from the date of clearance of the payment made towards subscription charges.) 

  • Should the subscriber decide to cancel prior to service provisioning, all one-time fees—including installation, activation, and transaction charges incurred through online payments—will be forfeited.

  • Following service provisioning, all applicable one-time and recurring charges shall remain payable.

  • Any eligible refunds will be processed and paid to the subscriber within 15 working days from the date of account termination. Account termination will be initiated upon receipt of the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) in good working condition and settlement of any outstanding balances, which will be completed within three working days. Communication regarding account closure and refund status will be provided to the subscriber via email.
