Straightforward Terms for Seamless Service.
The Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) set forth herein comprise the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”), the Product Terms and Conditions (“PTC”), the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Instructions for Non-Individual ILL Users. Upon execution of the Subscriber Registration Form (“SRF”), the subscriber shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all such terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict among the constituent components of this Agreement, or in the interpretation of the provisions contained therein, the following order of precedence shall apply: (i) the SRF and the PTC, (ii) the Service Level Agreement (“SLA”), where applicable, and (iii) the GTC.
Acceptable use
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is issued by ACEE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD. (“ACEE SATCOM PVT. LTD.”), an authorized Internet Service Provider, and is applicable to all subscribers of its services. In adherence to prevailing laws and regulatory obligations, ACEE SATCOM PVT. LTD. is committed to preventing the transmission or dissemination of any objectionable, obscene, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawful content, including material that infringes upon intellectual property rights or copyright protections, across its network infrastructure. This AUP sets forth the terms governing the appropriate and lawful use of the internet services provided by ACEE SATCOM PVT. LTD. The company reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time in alignment with applicable government laws, regulations, or directives. General terms and conditions
By availing the services of ACEE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD., the subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the prevailing General Terms and Conditions governing such services. ACEE SATCOM PVT. LTD. reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these terms at its sole discretion, from time to time. Product terms and conditions
By utilizing the services provided by ACEE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD., the subscriber expressly acknowledges and agrees to comply with the applicable Product Terms and Conditions. ACEE SATCOM PVT. LTD. reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these terms at its discretion, in accordance with business or regulatory requirements. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon their publication.
SRF Terms and conditions
By subscribing to the services of ACEE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD., the user hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Subscriber Registration Form (SRF). ACEE SATCOM PVT. LTD. reserves the right to revise or amend these terms at its sole discretion. Any such revisions shall become effective immediately upon publication and shall be binding on all subscribers.
Instructions for non individual ILL Users
An Internet Leased Line (ILL) refers to a dedicated transmission link—whether through wired or wireless medium—established from the ISP’s network node to the subscriber’s premises. By availing the ILL services of ACEE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD., non-individual users hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with the applicable Instructions for Non-Individual ILL Users. ACEE SATCOM PVT. LTD. reserves the right to amend or revise these instructions as may be required to ensure compliance with applicable governmental regulations, directives, or policy updates. All such modifications shall take effect immediately upon publication.
